The Office of Inspector General of Nebraska Child Welfare publishes three different types of reports:

Reports of Investigation: Summaries of OIG investigations released to the public bring awareness to systemic issues in the child welfare and juvenile justice systems.

Juvenile Room Confinement Reports: Annual analysis of the involuntarily restriction of children to rooms alone at Nebraska juvenile facilities.

Annual Reports: Reports on the OIG’s activities each year, including information on cases referred to the OIG, summaries of investigations, and updates on the implementation of recommendations the OIG has made to different agencies.
